Carrier Exceptions Management is BridgeNet's auditing and reporting solution.  It includes the in-depth analysis of data elements pertaining to: Invoicing, Method of Payment, Special Handling, Shipper Caused Exceptions and Carrier Caused Exceptions. With these analyses, BridgeNet Solutions is able to uncover potential audited savings and expedite the recovery of capital. Web-Enabled, On-Demand Reporting reflects the audited savings earned, giving both BridgeNet Solutions and clients the information required in order to easily determine and interpret savings and further cost savings potential.

To perform parcel auditing, Bridgenet receives your weekly electronic invoice from your carrier. This invoice is imported into our system to analyze and create reports. This information is also used to recover revenue due to overcharges and erroneous billing charges. These savings are detailed in a savings report you receive weekly from BridgeNet. Custom reports are also available with this service.  General Ledger (GL) coding by each unique line item is also available through BridgeNet's parcel auditing services.  Our freight auditing services mirror our parcel auditing process to include less than truckload (LTL), full truck load (FTL), ocean freight, and air freight.  During both parcel and freight auditing, we take in electronic data feeds from all carriers and freight forwarders to identify, recover, and report all revenue due to overcharges and erroneous charges.
