Niko Michas - President & CEO
Niko founded BridgeNet Solutions in October of 2001.  He has over 15 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management.  For eight years, Niko was a member of UPS Management, and has since designed customized supply chain programs for financial firms nationwide.  He also co-designed a major customized transportation management system, and assisted in the design of general ledger coding software for a national third party logistics firm.  The latter is currently being used by over 300 clients nationwide.

Kenneth Ricci – Chief Financial Officer
A BridgeNet consultant since 2003, Kenneth (Ken) is now the company's Chief Financial Officer, having joined the team full-time in January of 2005.  Ken has over 20 years of experience as both financial and operations manager for various Fortune 500 companies.  His organizational and financial skills, and savvy negotiation abilities have proven invaluable assets to BridgeNet. Ken and his wife, Pam, reside in Chicago, Illinois.

Jerry Lucente – Chief Operations Officer
Jerry joined BridgeNet in November of 2001 as Operations Manager.  Prior to BridgeNet, Jerry was a member of UPS Operations Management, serving for two years as Distribution/Warehouse Manager, and five years as an expert technological and analytical solutions provider.  Jerry's extensive knowledge of small parcel processes and technological expertise allow him to oversee parcel auditing and implement freight payment solutions for BridgeNet clients across the nation. Jerry, his wife, Tracy, and their children reside in Chicago, Illinois.

Robert Endo – Chief Information Officer
Robert joined BridgeNet in January of 2002.  He has over 10 years of experience in program design, and eight years of experience in logistics supply chain design.  He is an authorized UPS e-commerce service provider, specializing in designing and building middleware software applications for UPS customers.  Today, Robert is an application design architect and global visibility dashboard innovator for over 30 BridgeNet clients.
